We aim to respond to all messages within two to three business days. Enquiries sent later in the week may receive a response early the following week.

Common questions
Do you work with organisations outside Japan?
Our primary focus is organisations operating in Japan. That said, we do accept enquiries from organisations based elsewhere if the engagement scope is manageable remotely. Get in touch and we can discuss feasibility.
Can we do more than one engagement at a time?
Engagements are designed to run sequentially rather than in parallel, since each builds on a clearer foundation. Most clients begin with Data Preparation, then move to Monitoring or Governance. We are happy to discuss sequencing on your first call.
What language do engagements run in?
We work in both English and Japanese. Written deliverables can be produced in either language, or in both — let us know your preference when you get in touch.
