These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naze Blend Zone governing your use of this website and, where applicable, any engagement services you commission. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By visiting this website or submitting any information through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions. If you are accessing this site on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. Naze Blend Zone makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the materials published here. Information on this site describes typical engagement scope and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of outcomes specific to your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Japanese law, Naze Blend Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or the information it contains. Our total liability in any matter related to this website shall not exceed ¥10,000 JPY.

Force majeure

Naze Blend Zone shall not be held liable for failure or delay in meeting any obligation where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to infrastructure failures, natural events, or regulatory intervention.

4. Governing law and dispute resolution

4.1

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oita, Oita Prefecture.

4.2

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. Please contact us via the Contact page in the first instance.

4.3

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

4.4

Modifications: Naze Blend Zone may revise these terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance.

5. Service engagement terms

Scope definition: all engagements begin with a written scope document that describes deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Work outside the defined scope is subject to a separate agreement.
Client responsibilities: the client agrees to provide timely access to relevant systems, staff, and documentation as required for the engagement. Delays caused by lack of access may affect delivery timelines.
Acceptance: deliverables are deemed accepted if no written objection is raised within 14 calendar days of delivery, unless the engagement terms specify otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of three years.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the courts with jurisdiction over Oita-shi, Japan.
